THE ANSWER Forced To Cancel U.S. Club Shows
April 20, 2009Irish rock band THE ANSWER has been forced to cancel its previously announced U.S. club shows next week due to drummer James Heatley breaking his hand. The group has been touring with rock 'n' roll heavyweights AC/DC and was to hit Los Angeles (April 29 at The Troubadour) and New York City (May 2 at Don Hill's) next week.
THE ANSWER will return to the U.S. to tour this summer and will reschedule the Los Angeles and New York shows.
"Everyday Demons", the new album from THE ANSWER, was released digitally on March 10 exclusively at iTunes. The digital copy includes two bonus studio tracks — the Celtic thumper "Lost" and "Revolutions", along with a live version of "Under The Sky" and a digital CD booklet featuring an alternate cover. The album was released in physical retail outlets March 31 on The End Records, distributed through RED. The CD was produced by John Travis (KID ROCK, STATIC-X, etc.) and mixed by Tim Palmer and Mike Fraser (who recently mixed AC/DC's "Black Ice").
